Retired scenery and aircraft projects preserved as part of the company’s development history, from early FS2002 experiments to mature X-Plane and Prepar3D releases.

Miami City XP
Version 1.4 · first released in 2015
2019
X-Plane 11WindowsmacOS / LinuxRetired
Miami City XP recreated a broad section of the Miami coast with photoreal ground, detailed autogen and hundreds of custom-made buildings. The city package was accompanied by performance-conscious “lite” sceneries of three major local airports.
KMIA Miami International: a period representation that included the demolished Concourse C and the then-new Concourse J.
KTMB Kendall-Tamiami Executive: all airport buildings and the extended runway 9R/27L.
KOPF Opa-locka Executive: a simplified representation of the general-aviation and joint civil-military airfield.
Miami City X covered a large part of metropolitan Miami with photoreal day-and-night ground, detailed autogen and thousands of custom-made buildings. It also included simplified sceneries of KMIA, KTMB and KOPF, plus start locations for 2FA0, 9FA8, 64FL, 71FL, FA76, FD00, FD23, FL83, FL93, X44, X46 and X48.
The product was removed from sale after a newer third-party KMIA release introduced a higher-detail treatment of an overlapping area. The preserved installer represents Miami City X as it existed at the end of its commercial life.
Regional scenery extracted from the original Baku X package
2016
FSX / FSX:SEFSWPrepar3D v1–v5Legacy freeware
Baku X began as a commercial scenery covering Azerbaijan and its airports before later versions concentrated on the Baku area. This downloadable extract preserves the regional content separated from the main product.
8 m/pixel photoreal coverage of Azerbaijan outside Baku, with day and night presentation.
Fourteen enhanced airfields, including five with custom low-polygon buildings.
Designed to be used independently or alongside the period Baku X product.
A detailed recreation of the International Aviation Picnic era
2010
FSXFS2004Legacy freeware
Góraszka was a small airfield near Warsaw and the venue of the annual International Aviation Picnic from 1996 through 2010. The 2007 EPGO scenery was Drzewiecki Design’s first complete published airport; this 2010 sequel recreated the show environment with hundreds of period objects, static displays, people, aircraft and a detailed airfield.
Drzewiecki Design also organized four Virtual Air Picnics on VATSIM between 2007 and 2010. The video was created by Mariusz Napora and preserves the atmosphere of that simulation era.
Installation note
Add the scenery manually to the simulator’s Scenery Library. This archive version is not compatible with the later Warsaw City package.
EPMO Modlin is particularly important in the company archive: its 2009 scenery was the first commercial Drzewiecki Design release. At that time, Modlin still retained the atmosphere of a largely abandoned military airfield, with extensive weathered structures and very limited activity.
The photographic survey itself became part of the project story. Reaching the top of the old tower meant passing damaged, rusted stairs and interiors filled with abandoned documents and roof debris. Outside, the quiet site felt closer to a nature reserve than an active airport, with deer and wild boar occasionally visible around the grounds. The preserved scenery records that vanished version of Modlin before its later redevelopment.
Installation note
Add the scenery manually to the simulator’s Scenery Library. It is not compatible with the later Warsaw City package.
X-Plane conversion of the first complete Drzewiecki Design scenery
2008
X-Plane 8X-Plane 9Legacy freeware
The original EPGO Góraszka 2007 was created for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 and became the first complete scenery published by Drzewiecki Design. Michael Vladar later converted it for X-Plane 8 and 9.
Because the airfield was absent from the default X-Plane database at the time, this package provided a detailed photoreal site with custom buildings and the period air-show environment.
Fictional blended-wing aircraft concept for FS2004
2005
FS2004Concept aircraftMedia archive only
The Drzewiecki S-771 Blue Angel was an early fictional aircraft project inspired by blended-wing research designs such as the Boeing X-48. The broad lifting-body fuselage, top-mounted conceptual hydrogen propulsion and auxiliary low-speed jet engines were created as part of an imaginative simulation design rather than a real engineering programme.
The original concept described an aircraft approximately 55 m long, 88 m wide and 13 m high, carrying up to 800 virtual passengers at speeds above Mach 2 and altitudes up to 60,000 ft. These figures are preserved solely as part of the 2005 FS2004 project.

Stamar Ice Base was a detailed fictional city on the Antarctic Peninsula. The project combined terrain created with EZ-Landclass and numerous custom objects built in Easy Object Designer.
City centre and nuclear power plant
Two airports and a detailed control tower interior
Large greenhouses, a harbour and a 3.5 km bridge
Weather themes, saved flights, AI traffic and a local timetable
Night textures throughout the city

Fictional sceneryEarly development projectMedia archive only
This concept city contained three airports: a large international field, a smaller general-aviation aerodrome and a compact island strip. It was created with Easy Object Designer, Flight Simulator Scenery Creator, AFCAD and other freely available period tools.
Although simple by later standards, the project served as practical preparation for Drzewiecki Design’s subsequent city-scale scenery work.

The first Drzewiecki Design scenery made available for download
2003
FS2002Training sceneryMedia archive only
Flight Learning Center was a simple training environment built around the longest runway that FS2002 could produce. It was intended for beginning flight-simulation users practising different approach profiles.
The scenery used Flight Simulator Scenery Creator objects such as hangars and antennas, with a ground layout created in Lee Swordy’s AFCAD. It was published only briefly, but remains historically significant as the first Drzewiecki Design scenery offered for download.
